Booking Steps/Process

  • Pink Valley Studio is a private studio not a walk up walk in location. Every service is by confirmed booking appt time only.
  • Please choose your service and desired appointment time, select the option to continue as a guest, fill out name, number, and email. Double check that you are entering correct email and phone number.
  • If l am not able to contact you to confirm, your appointment will be canceled.
  • If your reservation is booked during business hours, once received we will text to confirm your appt time. If your reservation is made outside of business hours, we will confirm your appt time next day within 1 hour of opening.
  • Depending on the service booked a brief consultation maybe had to better prepare your esthetician for your treatment. If your reservation is two or more services you will be required to pay a 50 dollar non-refundable deposit that will go towards your total balance due.
  • Once your appt is confirmed you will get the address of our private exclusive by appointment only location.
Tardiness/ Canceling
  • I have a grace period of 15 minutes.
  • Any no call no show your deposit will be forfeited
  • If you need to reschedule please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment time otherwise you will need a new deposit to reschedule again.

For waxing services:
You must exfoliate your skin 24 hours prior to your service time. This will ensure that all hair will be Waxed off, reduce, ingrown and lessen the clean-up strips that contribute to redness & irritation.

For safety reasons: I do not work over Sores, extreme skin conditions, any contradications that might interfere with the service being a success.
