The Art of HA Pen Injections
✧Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in our skin and is known for its ability to bind and retain water. It’s one of the substances that helps give skin its hydrated, plump appearance.
✧The HA Pen works differently from a traditional needle and syringe. It uses a pressure-powered system to push hyaluronic acid filler through the surface of the skin. The treatment is intended to add volume to the lips and address the appearance of lines and folds around the face.
✧What makes this treatment interesting is the combination of hyaluronic acid’s moisture-binding properties and the pressure-based delivery method. The goal is to create visible fullness and definition, with the amount and placement of filler influencing the intended appearance.

✧Before treatment, we’ll review the procedure, answer your questions, and go over your consent paperwork. The treatment area is then cleansed and prepared.
✧During the procedure, the HA Pen uses pressure to deliver hyaluronic acid filler beneath the skin. You may experience pressure or discomfort during treatment, and your individual response can vary.
✧Before you leave, we’ll review what to expect afterward, provide aftercare instructions, and discuss any recommended follow-up.

Aftercare & What to Expect ✧
After a hyaluronic acid filler treatment, the area may experience temporary swelling, tenderness, or bruising. The initial appearance can change as the area settles, and individual healing experiences may vary.
Proper aftercare is an important part of the process. Clients receive specific care instructions, including what to avoid following treatment and which symptoms require immediate medical attention.
